They have 4 cashiers and none of them work and when one works it is very slow.

This location of Chase is useless. I couldn't walk in and open account for my son that's just turn 18. I was told I would have to make appointment to open account ridiculous!!! And there no drive up for ATM. Useless

The most despotic person they could have at the door asked him to please use the bathroom. He told me it wasn't public. Having had my account here for so many years, I think I'm a customer.
