“Gustavo not only saved the bank from me closing a checking account that is almost 20 years old, but did exactly what should have been done from the beginning. I was having a hard time getting into my account because I forgot my password. I tried to update my account, by phone, and needed to also update my phone number. By phone, they weren't able to verify me identity, so I had to go into a bank. I talked to a banker and he was helpful in updating my phone number. He mentioned having to wait 2 business days for the system to update. I waited 3 business days. On the 3rd I called to update my password, and again I was met with problems verifying my identity. I was told to wait longer. I wanted 2 weeks. I called and again I was told they couldn't very my account. At this point, I'm being chatted for an account I have no access to. I decide to walk to my nearest Chase bank, with the intention to fully withdraw and close checking and saving account. If it wasn't for Gustavo, the teller, asking the right questions, I would have fully communicated to closing my account. Gustavo fixed 2 a week issue in a matter of less than 5 minutes.
What did I learn? Always go in to talk to someone. Chase Customer Service system that is provided for workers is behind on the technology needed to run a national bank.”

“Free Checking no fees with a debit card with no fees.What else do you want.Also app has instant balance/deposit checks nice upkeep.(What would make it better).It would be cool if the ATM gave out multiple denominations of currency i.e. $5,10,20s but even only $10s or a choice would be awesome at least people choose something other than $20.If you have $19.99 available you can't get $0.But you'd be able to get $15 if this were implemented.”
