“The store is a little older. They have two floors. Customer service is on the second floor and in the back. Makes it difficult for a senior. There is an elevator but you have to search for it a bit as it is in the back corner. Staff are good, generally. However there was a rude woman taking care of the fitting room. She never said hi or appeared genial. Just barked at myself and others coming in to try clothes , “No carts. Bring out your clothes when you are done.””

“Love this place!! Awesome things, great people working the store! Got some amazing things! Did you know they have crochet Harry Potter kits, and the crochet needle is a crochet wand!! They even have a 14pc pastel paint kit too!! They have some really great ideas for those who like to do at home projects! And the prices, are within budget! And don't get me started on their Halloween ?? sections, cause they are just full of awesomeness..”

“Nice clothes for nice cheap price. They had variety of quality goods and I loved & enjoyed purchasing them.
It was a bit crowded. Had to wait in a line for almost 10 minutes. I would like to visit again when it’s less crowded.
It was nice to be able to buy good quality clothes and daily necessities at a low price. Rather than just selling cheap Chinese factory products, you can actually buy products that are sold on the market at a low price ?
It wasn't that many people, but it was still a bit crowded. Visiting hours are between 6 and 7 p.m. I intend to visit again.”

“I was looking for a mirror and found a few here, from small size to the one I got, 48 x 76 inches. I asked if someone could help me with it, and soon, two people did help me get it with their cart.
The person at the register was friendly and fast, I paid and also got a bit of help getting the mirror on my vehicle.
They had many registers open when the line got longer.
The store was clean, there is plenty of free parking right in front.
Overall I like the store and I'll come back.”
“Although customer service wasn’t able to help me with what I needed I’m not going to be sour grapes and give them a bad review because their customer service was excellent and they did exactly what they were supposed to do. I had to go through the store for a refund and Darius I believe his name the store manager was very helpful and patient with me... He is awesome... His manager of the furniture department Mariah I believe is her name helped me as well. The store was fully stocked and clean. Whenever I'm ever in that area, I'll surly shop there.... I really appreciate you all helping me, I purchased the wrong size belt for my wife i came in to exchange it but that particular belt was no longer in stock. The store manager herself (i apologize if i get this wrong but i think the way you spell the name is Ajinkya?) came out from behind the counter to help me compare items that were similar in style and price. The store is also one of the most organized in the area! Very grateful for that as well because other cluttered stores make it overwhelming to shop with clutter. a note to others who complain about customer service just remember respect is earned not given, if you respect these people and give a positive interaction they will return the energy.”

“Located in the Chicago Fashion Outlets, this Bloomingdale's Outlet had the best selection of men's higher end designer fashions all together than any other outlet stores around. The items available are from very good brands like Boss and Vince (entire racks of choices) though not the highest end (since the parent department store wouldn't either), with selection larger than what you might see at the parent department store, but of course with everything at least 30% off. We wanted to try this one since many of the brands also has their own outlet store close by in the mall. But unless there is a big sales going on in the brand outlet store (which wasn't the case during Father's Day), this store will have better prices and an almost equal selection. Recommend that if you like a particular brand, check out the selection here before purchasing anything in the brand outlet store.”

And Melissa Rios you can’t return WORN shoes to Ross, why because it’s Ross (a discount store) NOT a department store, plenty of shoes give people blisters not just shoes from Ross.”
