“I went in to get help activating one of my phones. After few days trying with customer service at home i decided to go the store to see if some one can help me in person. Some guy attended to me at first but walked away and I couldn't find him anymore. Than this gut Jaime stepped in and took over. Very nice very polite and very patient with me. Then boom my phone was activated. I was so appreciative to Jaime. Thank you”

She needs to be promoted. If you have an issue with your service you need to ask for her. She was great in customer service.”
