7133 Cermak Rd, BerwynAn A+ for this store, I was there today and the guy at the cashier when I asked him if he could call someone because I needed help with some medicine for my dog, he immediately called so I could receive assistance, then a guy named Armando came and was super friendly, he took all the time necessary to explain to me about everything I was asking him, excellent worker, thanks to the attitude of these people of course I will gladly return to this store, I wish other stores had staff as cordial as here!!

We now know because we decided to do the shots for a lower price and took our puppies to the Cicero dog pound at first and our puppy had a bad allergic reaction to one of the shots. We tried calling and no answer and when we did they had no idea what we had to do to help our puppy that was having trouble breathing. We rushed our puppies to VCG where they saved our puppy. Never again will we risk our babies. We rather take our babies to a real Vet Dr than to take them to the Cicero dog pound where they have auxiliary Officers conduct shots without knowing what they are doing.
