7133 Cermak Rd, BerwynAn A+ for this store, I was there today and the guy at the cashier when I asked him if he could call someone because I needed help with some medicine for my dog, he immediately called so I could receive assistance, then a guy named Armando came and was super friendly, he took all the time necessary to explain to me about everything I was asking him, excellent worker, thanks to the attitude of these people of course I will gladly return to this store, I wish other stores had staff as cordial as here!!

He informed me the steps to take to take care of it. good service I will be going back. Good service and price WAS GOOD.

I was taking my dog to a place where you had to stand in line and they would take so many dogs at one time and all the barking would stress my dog out so bad they could not get him out of the cage. Called Clippin Critters about a year ago and explained this to Stacy she was so comforting and understanding on the phone I decided to take my dog there. My dog is never over excited when I pick him up and always looks great !

2845 S Harlem Ave, BerwynWe took our furry babies they are great a bit pricey but it’s all worth it at the end. We now know because we decided to do the shots for a lower price and took our puppies to the Cicero dog pound at first and our puppy had a bad allergic reaction to one of the shots. We tried calling and no answer and when we did they had no idea what we had to do to help our puppy that was having trouble breathing. We rushed our puppies to VCG where they saved our puppy. Never again will we risk our babies. We rather take our babies to a real Vet Dr than to take them to the Cicero dog pound where they have auxiliary Officers conduct shots without knowing what they are doing.
