“I had some wheels & tires delivered by this company the other day. And although the time frame seemed off. Alona Shapoval with the communication was second to none! We spoke with someone together and they were able to deliver the next day! We set up a time, there was also a time tracker so you have ample notice and the driver delivered well on time. And even though he wasnt supposed to..... he even delivered them up to my apt door because he saw my back was hurting. Shout out to my delivery guy. I appreciate you man!

“We have been sending our pup to DDI for almost a year! We feel at ease when he is there because we know he is having a great time and is taken care of. He comes back exhausted from playing all day! We do boarding and daycare there and know he is in good hands. The staff is incredible and so accommodating.”

“It was JOANNA's 5⭐ work ethic that made this run from Houston, TX to Clarksville, AR happen by me. As most brokers are known to just let a load go bad then wait to see what happens - with Joanna, she got in the shippers ear and got things going. Once she saw I had not moved in awhile, she didn't wait to hear from me ... she knew something was wrong and touched bases with me 1st. It is normally 1 sided - the broker wants you to keep them updated on what is happening and that is as far as it goes. Joanna kept me informed on what was happening on her end according to what was happening on mine. Very easy to talk to, and an over all professional mannerism that is above reproach. If more brokers and freight agents of the various types would take heed to Joanna's work ethics - alot of the problems with dry freight would not happen. She has proven to be that one who is 2nd to none, and I can trust that she will be there on that run from start to finish. WELL DONE JOANNA !!!”

“Very clean terminal, and was easy to find my gate. McDonald's took a while to get my order but was very busy. Good service though. My only real complaint is the 30 minutes on the runway everytime I come through here. I know it's a busy airport, but still frustrating regardless.”
“Union central station is gorgeous! Besides that it's highly functional and efficient. The amtrak app recommended we enter on Clinton Street. That's because other entrances have a lot of stairs which isn't so great for manuvering luggage. You can get public transportation passes here too. The staff is very helpful and friendly.”
“This was the first time my band rented a van through Bandago, for a one-week Midwest tour. It was easy to order, the pickup and drop-off processes were clear and easy, and the folks at the local office were pleasant and helpful. Also, the van was great and comfortable!
