The workers, trainers, the women that attend are amazing. They motive each other. I'm one week in but I'm loving it so far.

This was my first workout in this place and I must admit this is where I belong everyone is so friendly and I felt right at home with All of my sistah. So glad I join this gym.
W3Body, A Women's Gym is a women-only gym that offers a variety of services and membership types. We are a full-service gym with a variety of cardio and strength equipment as well as free weights, kettlebells, barbells and functional equipment. We offer classes included with all membership levels and have personal and group training programs, both small and large group training. We have a sauna and locker rooms, offer free equipment demonstrations and fitness assessments, measurement check-ins and have a cafe with a variety of options to enjoy pre or post workout!
