190 Rue Sans Souci, Bethalto IL 62010
“Metro showed more care than I could have asked for. I got locked out of my apartment and put in an after hours maintenance request and instead of just expecting me to figure it out and call a locksmith they promptly called and made sure I got it figured out. Maintenance and management worked after hours to make sure we got in on this hot afternoon. Thank you Kyle and Maintenance team!”

“Prompt maintenance and kind management. I lived very comfortably for 4 years with water and internet included. Everything that broke over the years was fixed in a timely, businesslike fashion and the staff are all trustworthy and kind people. My dogs were comfortable too and had plenty of playmates. They love pets here.”
