“I have designed many residential units and displays. From the moment you enter the building you are greeted by the pleasant staff at the front desk. The leasing staff cannot do enough to accommodate your every need. The building is clean, the units are spacious and love, love the amenity floor. Everything you could ever need.”
“I am in my second year of living at Verve, and I could not be more satisfied with my experience. I spend much of my time on the second floor studying, and the space is always clean and well kept. The amenities are also great, and I make frequent use of the grills and coffee machine. The office workers are always very friendly and make Verve feel more like a home than an apartment building. Special shoutout to Ashlyn, Gillian, and Max for always bringing a smile to face.”
“The maintenance crew are amazing!!!!
Randal and Andrei both have responded promptly and professionally to every call I've had. They are both amazing!!”
“I have been here for last 2 years. The apartment was so good and the management was so good and they are really quick on solving the issues what we have. It was so good living over ther”
“This is the best of places to live. Jodi and Will are very helpful. Always available. And Lily is just another awesome person. She makes sure she keeps everyone’s package safe. And how she remembers every person’s names still amazes me… It’s a healthy community here”
“We experienced a slight scheduling error and after waiting awhile didn’t think we would get to tour the property. But Reggie was there for a move in and was amazing, very helpful and went above and beyond to show us around and provided a great experience for our visit. Issues happen but how individuals handle them says a lot. He is a stand up person and we appreciate the positive energy and experience he brought to our visit!”
“This is a great place to live! The units are very nice and even have in-unit laundry. I enjoy the furnished lobby with Wifi, the 24-hr workout room, and the courtyard with outdoor seating. There is even a guest room that you can rent for visitors. Repair requests are fulfilled within one business day. The employees are very friendly and helpful, as are the neighbors.”
“I had a tour with Skylar over the weekend and had a great experience! She was super helpful, nice, and gave me a great tour. She explained everything thoroughly to me and helped me through the application process. She was so great to meet and did a phenomenal job!”
“Devan, Gregory and the rest of the crew have been not only extraordinary but a pleasure to work with. They answered all my questions promptly and made my move so much easier by being transparent and open about the things wrong with the apartment. Which were minima at best! They even got them fixed within the day of my move in to ensure I had a perfect place to call home. May other teams be as efficient, transparent, and provide the customer service they do.”
“I've lived at Chroma/Hue for nearly 4 years now. Like any apartment complex (and I've lived in many across the country), it has its ups and downs. But one thing that stands out is the responsiveness and kindness of the staff—especially Maddie and Tyson, the complex managers. When things go wrong, they are quick to help and always handles situations with grace, even when they're out of there control.
For the cost and amenities, this place is absolutely worth it. The team does a great job keeping things consistently good—and often great.
P.S. If you're ever taking a tour, Maddie is your girl. If nothing else, you'll leave with a smile.”
“Asia the property manager is absolutely amazing. When I first arrived at the apartments, she was warm, welcoming and super helpful. Asia is the reason why I wanted to be apart of the Brickline community. Thank you for all that you do!”
“Love it !! the lofts are quite big especially for the price. kacey was so sweet and helped make sure i was comfortable and settled in. overall has been amazing during the entire move in.”
“I lived here for nearly 2 years and absolutely loved it. It's a quiet apartment complex with high-end appliances and that luxury feel in probably the best street in STL. The amenities including gym and common area were never too crowded and well-maintained. I found myself appreciating how it wasn't too loud in the apartment complex on the weekends unlike some of the other luxury apartments in the area. The management staff has changed considerably since I've been a resident but they have always been very kind, helpful and accommodating, and maintenance requests were always performed seamlessly. Thank you Euclid for such a wonderful experience! If I didn't need to move out of state, I would still be living there.”
“I moved in ARCADE, September 2025 and I love it. I love it because I’m disabled and I’m able to handle my bills. The place is nice things happen but they fix it other than that. I love this place. I have one problem I live high like the 11th floor and my sinus is really bad but hopefully my doctor can fix it and I can stay here a few more years. Don’t plan on moving.”

“Had the pleasure of staying here for 2 years. Thriving community of people and made friends in the city because I lived here. Adding a hyperlapse of the sunrise that I captured from one of the penthouse apartments on video.”
“Ive been at Wireworks for close to a year and I am here to shout out Tim, the maintenance man. He is incredibly responsive to service requests, and always resolves issues quickly and efficiently. His clear knowledge & experience coupled with his kind & friendly nature make the process so easy. Honestly, I wouldn’t want to live here if he decided to go anywhere else. He truly makes living here a better experience! Five stars for Tim!
Lindsey is also incredibly kind and helpful. These two have made living here such a pleasant experience.”
“I love Lewis and Clark Apartments, the paperwork was a lot but everything will be worth the process. The leasing manager Mrs Smith was very nice and helpful. I can’t wait to move here and become part of the Lewis and Clark family.”
“I don’t normally leave reviews, but after living at ICON for over two years, I wanted to share my experience. I’ve had the pleasure of meeting wonderful residents and staff, and I’ve truly seen the effort management puts into caring for the community.
Like any property, challenges come up, but I’ve always felt informed and have seen the team work hard to address concerns and make things right. Their care and effort do not go unnoticed.
Overall, my experience at ICON has been very positive, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to live. Thank you to the staff and management for making my time here so memorable!”
“Great Location. Great views!!!! I call it my lil beachfront Suite with the sunset views (just without the beach ? lol). Lots of shops and restaurants(CWE). “I enjoyed living at Vanguard Heights for 4 years until a recent relocation and would have stayed longer if I could. Management was always friendly, and maintenance was quick to take care of any issues.”
“Nice apartments, exactly what you would expect, nothing too fancy but very clean. When I first moved in my apartment had brand new carpet. The only issue was a broken dishwasher which was replaced in about a week. Erin the building manager and Robert in charge of maintenance are very friendly and helpful. The building has an onsite parking garage for an additional fee and an uncovered lot that's always full. Some apartments have a balcony. Street parking near the building isn't terrible.Edit: After living here for about a year I decided to take off a star for a few reasons. We have had some issues with packages going missing and management has not really done anything to address these issues. I recently had some issues getting in touch with Erin which was a bit frustrating, and I am fortunate the issue I needed information about was not more serious. My understanding is that either the building or the company that owns the building was purchased and the building is under 'new management', though I suspect this may just be a name change/restructuring to make tracing any legal issues more difficult. There is a unit for sale in the building, and the listing indicates that owners pay an HOA fee of $350 per month (which I am assuming is built into most renters' monthly rent). Even though that HOA probably includes the water bill, since individual units are not metered, that is far too high for this building, as the only communal 'amenities' this covers is the somewhat unreliable elevator. I plan to keep living here for the time being, as I have yet to encounter any 'deal breakers'. The rent is fair given the location, but as I said before this place is nothing fancy.”
“The leasing agents and staff are extremely helpful throughout the moving process and always quick to respond to any questions or needs. Michelle, in particular, goes above and beyond to make newcomers feel welcome and helps them get familiar with the building. The property is very well-maintained and always clean, with a friendly and approachable team.”
“I just applied for an apartment in this building, the application process seems really easy the lady at the front office was very professional and helpful so I hope they rush and pull my contract so I can move in”

“Mr. Tony B. Came by today and fixed a really simple problem with no problem the guy a day before came left and never came back but he came through for me and made this process so simple I really appreciate you @Renew this guy needs a raise.”
“Adam Mundy helped us move in and was incredibly helpful - helped me and my son problem solve various logistics and went over the top for us. The whole staff was amazing!”
“I'm looking to move here from Arizona for work in November and I had lined up 5-7 tours. This was easily the best experience I've had so far. Chris is the property manager I believe and he showed me around. Really inquisitive and informative. They do have some repair work from a recent tornado I learned but Chris was able to paint a really nice picture of how things will look once they're done. Tribeca is easily at the top of my list right now for places to live.”
“I leased a studio loft off park ave from 2018-2023. My mom introduced me she stayed in a diff building on the same street through frontdoor. Had the best experience. My 5-6 years living there i had zero issues. building was secured, locked, security cameras on inside and outside of building. never had my car broken into, stolen, never had a issue with maintenance or the leasing office. my neighbors were quiet and kind. i would love the opportunity to move back. the price of the studio was getting a lil heavy so i decided to move. overall i would def go back.”
“I am currently looking at apartments to move in February and Jasmine was absolutely lovely - super patient, super nice. She showed me a lovely studio apartment and gave me wonderful information about the area and the buildings. I highly recommend 275 for their pleasant staff and how safe the community is.”
“Perfect spot for WashU students! The school shuttle stops right downstairs, so getting to campus is super easy. The maintenance team is extremely responsive and fixes things incredibly fast. I recommend choosing a unit on a higher floor, to get the best view and avoid sewer problems.”
