Cyndi was so pleasant and helpful when I had a question about a coupon in the QuikTrip app. I ordered sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast scramble, my first time ordering from the QuikTrip kitchen. I wasn’t disappointed at all! It’s a pretty good deal for the price you pay, regarding the quality and taste of what you receive for $3.99, and I got a discount through the app so it was actually less at the register! I will return for sure ?”
“This place is the best stop in Alton. The owners and Lu lu are the shiznit!!!! They have everything you neeed to get your drink on and your smoke on. Snacks to. Fountain sodas a vast array of all candy bars and kids candy. They have ice cold freezers to. Stop in and get you a Slushy to they are super fire!!”

“This is my FAVORITE snack destination and i live in Illinois if that tells you anything! They have snacks that I didn't even know existed and every flavor of soda you could ever imagine. They have thought of absolutely everything the store is big and spacious and most every cashier is friendly. Gas prices are always low and you're in and out quickly.”

“Had a really long day spending in the hospital after my father had a stroke, ordered pizza for the family for dinner. I ordered on the app and ordered a veggie pizza, pepperoni pizza, and some garlic bread. My son came down Downstairs confused why there is pineapple on the pizza. I called To let them know that the pizza I ordered with the toppings I selected was wrong. Mike got on the phone and was very pleasant; Let me know that pineapple comes on all veggie pizzas, I was confused and said no I selected what I wanted on it and he said well those would be an addition to what already comes on the veggie pizza. I said oh my then this is my fault. I said darn, the kids won’t eat the pineapple. I thanked him and he said sweetie let me make you a new one so you guys have dinner. I was floored. That was so kind of him. He said, give me 20 minutes and I got you. Sure enough 20 minutes I go up there and he’s taking it out cutting it for me. I went to the kitchen to thank him for his kindness. Today was a terrible day and very emotional for me. He didn’t have to do that, but he did. I want to thank you Mike and the Casey’s team for being so kind, and sorry for crying in your store! Keep on being kind, you never know what someone is going through! Appreciate it, very much!”

“They have a new pizza chef Jamie who is phenomenal. Literally the best Casey's pizza I've ever had. I quit going for almost a year because of the horrible pizza chef that works there. Jamie is there 6-11 Monday through Friday. I wouldn't recommend any other time.”

“I frequent caseys, but tonight I am blown away by the help I was offered tonight. My vehicle wasn't starting before I could leave. An employee by the name of Nathaniel stopped his work and came out to help me start my car so I could get home. I am so thankful. I admire all the employees at this establishment. Everytime I go in, I have a humble interaction with the employees, not just a appreciated purchase. You can't pay a price on good relationships and great morals. Thank you!
