“Had a shirt scheduled for pickup yesterday but it wasn’t ready until today, the manager called me first thing this morning to apologize and let me know that it was ready.
When I arrived, the manager did not charge me for the shirt.
Now this is excellent customer service and why I have been using them for years!

“I’ve come to that laundry mat for years and watched it slowly decline in cleanliness and was riff raff hanging around the building but the last few times I went there the place looked great and smelled great and the machines work really well , also I like that it’s open 24 hours sometimes I work nights and that helps”

“Utilized the dry cleaners side. Done so for a few years. Friendly attendants, on time service, and reasonable pricing. Recently had a shirt that required some sewing on a rip of a cuff. Came back like new.”
