“This place is always clean, and the owners are so nice and helpful with change and making sure you have the right size machines for your loads and put the right amount of time on the dryers. It's full of plants that are well cared for, and I even loved the radio syation they were playing! Even the old school paint and tile is charming and pleasant!”
“Store manager Ms Monica always has a smile and is excellent with her sewing skills. Ms Tammy, front store Customer Service Cashier Clerk is the same. Her smile and the way she treats the customers is very professional. Ms JP, is a front store 2 for one Cashier Customer Service Clerk and like a therapist. She listens to the customer tell problems they have while letting them vent. The customer feels better than they did, than when they first went in there. Ms Alberta's tailoring and alteration skills are nothing to play with. That lady knows her skills good....Just met Mr. Abdul and he has a ready smile for the customer and did great alterations on my suit jacket and pants. He tailored my clothes so well that, I'm taking some pants to him today to have him sew some suspender buttons inside the pants. NYC at both locations, 2400 Bond Avenue and 5900 State Street here in East St. Louis Illinois, those store clerks keep me looking good in my suits!”

“Took a friend to get there laundry done, very busy when we arrived, a few of the washer and dryer weren't working so we had to wait. Overall pleasant. 07 06 2023 went again, not busy when we went.”

“A friend was in town for a few days and needed to get something dry cleaned quickly, over the weekend. A couple other places weren’t able to take care of it given the turnaround time but express valet was available and did a great job. Was very happy with their friendly and prompt service!”

“I took them a brand new tie, that had been worn one time. They lost it, refused to reimburse me for it, can't find it. I had probably six interactions with them over a period of 2 months, and nothing was ever done about it. They've had that tie longer than I have. And they don't care. And, I had to pay ahead of time, so in effect I paid for them to lose it.”
“Had a zipper on a backpack repaired not from the area though travel to Barnes-Jewish frequently install cwe cleaners was at a very convenient location. That was in July picked it up today thank you for storing my items as well as fixing not only the zipper that was broke but replace the other one pretty sure they matched no extra charge thank you so much even without a ticket he was patient”
