“I took them a brand new tie, that had been worn one time. They lost it, refused to reimburse me for it, can't find it. I had probably six interactions with them over a period of 2 months, and nothing was ever done about it. They've had that tie longer than I have. And they don't care. And, I had to pay ahead of time, so in effect I paid for them to lose it.”

“A friend was in town for a few days and needed to get something dry cleaned quickly, over the weekend. A couple other places weren’t able to take care of it given the turnaround time but express valet was available and did a great job. Was very happy with their friendly and prompt service!”

“Had a zipper on a backpack repaired not from the area though travel to Barnes-Jewish frequently install cwe cleaners was at a very convenient location. That was in July picked it up today thank you for storing my items as well as fixing not only the zipper that was broke but replace the other one pretty sure they matched no extra charge thank you so much even without a ticket he was patient”

“The laundry mat is a little old and the machines are outdated but they work. You pay to wash and the dry is free, and the man who runs it named Omar is an absolute gem. If you're in Granite City, I'd definitely recommend.”
