“Dobbs in Edwardsville was AWSOME! The store Manager was AMAZING.. We are from Columbia, Il & was in Edwardsville shopping. We noticed we were getting a flat tire. There was a 2 hr wait. I requested they just put air in the tire to get us home. The Store MGR said he would not like to see us travel like that, so he squeezed us in.
A short time later, our tire was fixed and we were on our way back home.

“I blew a tire on my horse trailer coming home from camp and D&D tire got someone dispatched out in about 45 minutes. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and talked me through what tire I needed for replacement. She and the service man took my horses care into consideration and promptly got my tire replaced with zero fuss. He handled my trailer so gently, I don't think the horses even knew what happened. I was thoroughly impressed with the service and kindness of the staff. I highly recommend this business!”
“Everyone there is so friendly and courteous. They always get my vehicle in quickly. They never pressure me to get more work done than what I brought it in for to begin with. If anything else needs done, they let me know and give me prices. If I can't get it done right away, they are understanding and don't try to talk me into another service. Got brakes done there last year and when they started having issues a couple months later, they replaced them again at no charge. Took my car today to get my leaking tire patched. Since I purchased my tires there a year ago, they repaired them for free too, showing their guarantee their parts and work done. Great place to do business with! They've never done me wrong!”

While fixing our car he answered the phone and assisted other customers and remained professional the entire time. Devon is a major asset to this business.”

He not only explains what needs to be done, finds you the best price, but communicates extremely well with customers both in the store and on the phone, as well as the many technicians coming in and out of the garage. It seemed a little sketchy at first. I'm not used to doing business the way they do but I have to say I was very impressed. We got a good set of used tires for a good price. It only took about 30 minutes. I would highly recommend this place.”
