When I've gone there, they've checked my car and given me a little fix for free. I was extremely happy. They have good hearts and work their asses off. I always see them working in their garage space. Clean, welcoming environment. Everyone who waits in the lobby loves conversation. I've had some good laughs that made the whole process much faster. Plus, when I'm outside for a smoke break the mechanics will personally come and update me about what's going on which feels really great. I feel apart of the visit.”

“We were in the middle of a 23 hour road trip when our engine light came in with a notification regarding the emissions system. This turned out to be quite a big issue. We stopped in as a walk-in customer and they immediately looked at our vehicle, gave us a quote and started the work right away. This turned out to be a 5 hour job that took them to closing time. Never once did we feel like a burden. This team was amazing, they gave THE BEST customer service we have ever had at any mechanic. I would most definitely recommend this business. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!!!”

“We were looking for a replacement for our minivan and came across a Bronco on their website. At the time, the minivan was at their Sullivan shop.
I called the dealership and spoke to Jalon. He informed me that the vehicle was in Decatur, but could have someone go get it and have it in Sullivan by the time I got there. It took a little longer than that, but not much.
Jalon was great to work with. He was very attentive to our needs, and was always ready to answer any questions we had. We will definitely consider working with him for future vehicles.”

“Needed a tire replaced for our livestock trailer and even though the one employee was very busy he still got it done for me so I wouldn't have to come back. They are always friendly and have great service when we need any other farm tires.”
