The customer service experience was PITIFUL. My mom needed help with an issue and was told wrong information not once but twice. Never said sorry just attitude. Don't go to this location, they snub you and misguide you.

What's happened to AT&T customer service for Direct TV. After speaking with the call center. I was transferred to a senior representative who was rude and hung up on me. Yes, I told him we would look for another company.I'm being charged for $5.99 for a regional sports fee. He said a lot of people pay $13 to $14. It's a government fee whether you watch sports or not. Also, the call center representative stated they only have the all included or the entertainment to choose from.We started with $137.00 bill, and now we are up to $176.53. Most stations are selling something. They play the same movies over and over.I was Sr. Human HR Manager for AT&T and my hubby worked 45 years for them, too.Things have changed with the company.Customer service was really important in the past, but now, not so much.We will absolutely be changing to another company.

Trash spoke to Jose or Jesus and he told me he would hold AirPods for me, I drove 30 mins for him to say they sold! Wasted my time and wasn’t to concerned about being apologetic , also walked in the store and 4 ppl were there with no customers and no one said HI. Terrible customer service. Go to Streamwood AT&T instead.

We purchased phones at a different at&t store and was told we can go to any location to help set up. The store was extremely rude & refused to help us set up our new phones unless we returned the phones back to the location we purchased and bought them directly to from their location. Terrible customer service,,

The store manager is beyond helpful. Helped to lower my bill, while getting a brand new phone. She hooked me up with a case, screen protector etc. Def recommend if you’re ready to upgrade

They seriously need more employees. I've come in 3 days in a row and have yet to be able to speak to a person. I walked out each time. I won't come back. At best I can tell there are only 2 employees working here. The first two times I came into the store, I wasn't even acknowledged. I'm a T-Mobile customer. I've never had a problem receiving support from T-Mobile or waiting for more than a few minutes when I walk into T-Mobile. I think I'll stay with T-Mobile.

Professionalism, expertise and excellent service by the manager Marquis made the entire process comfortable and a great experience. It took about 2 in a half hours to fix the issue I had had coming in, and he was very patient 5 STARS to him. I highly recommend this store they definitely want you to leave happy!

I have been to this location twice in the last year & both times the staff helped me very quickly. I had an issue with my email. The staff helped me resolve it and gave me the direction to solve this issue. It does get busy at times but not a long wait.

I've been here a couple times because it's conveniently close to home, however in the future I'll risk a further drive to save myself from this unorganized store. I came here to upgrade my phone. After I complete all the paperwork for the upgrade/trade in, they tell me the phone I wanted was out of stock (wish I knew beforehand). They agree to order it for me, and drop the ball on notifying me when the phone arrived (even after I called the store inquiring about the shipment). I finally go in the store to make the actual trade in and end up waiting 40+ minutes while only one guy is working and there's a line of people waiting to be helped. Thought I was done, but no! I am now receiving text messages from ATT that they never received my phone I traded in and I will have to pay more money for not returning it! I call the store and no one seems to know what's going on and again I never get a call back (although they took down my number and said they would call back). I again have to initiate getting in touch with the store and after 4 days they are able to locate the phone I returned to them and apologize that it wasn't shipped out. The icing on the cake is they tell me they can ship it out tomorrow or I can come pick up the phone and drop it off at the att store in the mall- why so you don't have to do your job after it's been missing for 4 days!? Getting a new phone should not be this much of a headache.

I will NEVER go to this location again. The employees are NOT truthful.,i.e. -we do not transfer contacts to new phone, cannot accept phone for trade-in because the screen is cracked (it wasn't) to not informing the additional cost for a red phone. As I have said many times, I might be old but I am NOT stupid. Consumers beware - DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION.

Yooo how long has this location's cellibrite system been down for lmao... all I see is excuses coming out from this store... all they want is the sale and nothing else out of every customer... was told that customers are sent to the att store inside the stratford mall there on after for any troubleshooting issues or anything else that's not sales related... never go to this store location...

The service is okay, but, not given complete truth. Chris the sales rep is exactly that! A salesman, the manager is not much better. I will be cancelling my U-Verse account due to them and also my phone as soon as the contract is up
