“I had a Saturday early afternoon appointment for my 2013 VW GLI and they clearly had a lot of cars to do. Consistently updated me and apologized for the wait - though I was fine - I appreciated the consideration! I’m not sure if it was due to the delay or what but they went well above and beyond my expectations. My car is gorgeous! My car had spent a bit too long between washes and under Oak Park trees and birds, and the interior, that’s a whole other story. They took care of all of it! Had a pretty ugly rear quarter scuff they waxed out. All way more than I could have asked for. Will continue to recommend because these guys do an excellent job and really care about how the car leaves vs what they are obligated to do. Can’t say enough great things about them!”
“Absolutely fantastic experience. My car was a mess after 2 kids and a couple years since the last detail. They even got stains out on the ceiling which is especially tough. Easy to communicate with and very good at their job. 10/10 recommend.”

I also left my wallet there when I was using the mat scrubber and the manager tracked me down on Facebook so he could let me know he had found it! “Great job done by Vic. Very good at communication. Got right back to me when messaged him and arranged a time that would work for both of us. Very impressed with his work. He is very informed about the Detailing that needs to be done to your vehicle and explains everything fully. His workmanship is great and my car looks great. He explained all the options available and didn't try to "upsell" me on other things to do. Take advantage of his expertise on your headlights. They will look like new. Would not hesitate to use him again and will recommend him to everyone I know.”

“I took my car to have it detailed and Mr. Bernal said that it would "look like new" when I picked it up. I found that hard to believe as the interior needed a lot of work.I picked it up the next day and he was right; it looked and smelled like a new car! He truly earned every penny that I paid!!!!!!!!!”
“I was looking to get my car professionally cleaned so that I could bring my baby daughter home from the hospital. I did a request a quote and Phil ended up responding with the best price. My only concern was that he was located in Schaumberg and I was in the Jefferson Park neighborhood of the city. In the end I decided to make the drive out and was so glad that I did. First of all, he's a super friendly guy and recommended waiting the service out at his Mom's restaurant, which was also really good (and probably needs its own separate review). I was hoping to be able to get my air filters replaced after he cleaned the engine bay area (2 years of living on a street under construction had definitely done a number on the engine compartment) and though he doesn't do mechanical work, he was able to have the mechanic next door come over to take a look, order the part and install it while I was at the restaurant. He made it so easy to get it all done. I would definitely use him again for the next time that my vehicle needs a deeper clean.”

“Lots of adventures and car rides with my family and dog caused lots of dog hair and just dirtiness from weather, snow, leaves, etc. I’ve tried vacuuming and cleaning my car at home at other car washes but was never able to get everything. “I take all 4 of my cars here and won’t take them anywhere else. Waiting room is spotless and the shop is as well. Dimitri is so honest and never tries to push anything I don’t need like a dealer typically does. Prices are very reasonable as well unlike a dealer. All 4 are higher end vehicles that are higher maintenance and pricey repairs which, definitely add up over time. I know whatever he’s suggesting is something my car needs and trust him completely. My car comes back clean just as it was given. So professional, knowledgeable, and hard working. Will never go anywhere else.”

I love how it is a family business rather than a chain so I know that my purchase goes straight to the employees rather than divided unequally amongst a corporation. Ray was very helpful and accommodating. I was able to get school work done in their lobby while they worked on my car. I'm thoroughly impressed they were able to remove a year-old smoothie stain that had splattered onto my seat that I thought would never be able to be removed. It doesn't even look I ever had a stain in the first place. They got rid of all my dog hairs and wet dog smell. My car smells fresh and I am happy with my service. They have a very good deal on Groupon for a cleaning but if you call them directly and offer to pay the Groupon price through them it goes straight to them rather than Groupon taking a cut. “I've been coming to Driven car wash for over 1year, and very happy with the quality of the wash. I've had all levels of washing and the cleaning products and process is top! A few times a month you get free towels with a car deodorant, which comes in handy. With many convenient locations near by and they keep expanding, it's good to know. The blue pressure blower is key with cleaning dust inside the car and all over the door hinges and your air vents! Not many other car washes I've seen have that. The value you get for the monthly was program, is excellent!!! Kale, the branch manager at Arlington Heights Location, keeps all his employees in touch with service needs the customers need. Definitely recommend this place! 10 stars”

“It's nice to still have a self service carwash like this I go there a lot the only bad think is the credit card machine will charge $15 dollar no matter the if you only use 1 or 2 minutes so I recommend do not used credit card if you don't want to get overcharge”
