“Great positive experience with this company! I love how it is a family business rather than a chain so I know that my purchase goes straight to the employees rather than divided unequally amongst a corporation. Ray was very helpful and accommodating. I was able to get school work done in their lobby while they worked on my car. I'm thoroughly impressed they were able to remove a year-old smoothie stain that had splattered onto my seat that I thought would never be able to be removed. It doesn't even look I ever had a stain in the first place. They got rid of all my dog hairs and wet dog smell. My car smells fresh and I am happy with my service. They have a very good deal on Groupon for a cleaning but if you call them directly and offer to pay the Groupon price through them it goes straight to them rather than Groupon taking a cut. “I have been visiting this car wash location in Roselle on Lake street now for several years, have a membership with them and always enjoyed my visits over-there. I am very fond of my Kia and never had any bad issues with the car wash. As a matter a fact, this Jet Brite is my favorite location. The staff is always very friendly and helpful, especially Claudia the manager, always open for a chat . Because of my frequent visits there that their membership allows ,I get to know them a little and there is always a smile present. Any questions or concerns I have will be taken care of , easy, nice and friendly customer service. “I've used their services 3 times now and each time felt like I was driving a new car! The first two times they cleaned my Niessan Versa. For that car I bought the cheapest package interior/exterior.. Last week I brought in my old Mustang which had a foul moldy odor from water leaking in. I bought a package which involved deodorizing and extensive detailing. I couldn't be happier with the service! These guys are friendly and professional. I started going to them after the Bloomingdale turtle wax closed down. Turtle wax place never even came close to what these guys do. They have a life long customer.”
