“Tom was absolutely great to work with, as was your installers! A smooth efficient process from start to finish. Installers arrived on time and completed the install in a timely manner. Leaving the area finished beautifully. Would definitely recommend your business.”

“A WHOLE NEW WORLD ON THIS MAGIC CARPET RIDE!
Aladdin has nothing on Ivan at Koeckritz Rugs. Ivan opened my eyes to a WHOLE NEW WORLD of keeping my area rug from slipping OVER, SIDEWAYS, and UNDER on a wool carpet. Everyone else said WE'RE ONLY DREAMING and that this was impossible to achieve, but Ivan shared A NEW FANTASTIC POINT OF VIEW on rug-on-carpet solutions with a world-class customer service experience. He recommended the No Muv pad to prevent our area rug from constantly sliding on our wool carpet. With Ivan's recommendation, no longer am I SOARING, TUMBLING, FREEWHEELING on a bunched up area rug. I cold-called Ivan from half a world away with my rug crisis and he identified a solution, had the product custom cut, and mailed out within hours. Now that I'm not having to adjust my rug 100 times a day, THERE'S TIME TO SPARE and I'm excited to SHARE THIS WHOLE NEW WORLD WITH YOU.”
“Not only does Prime Carpet One have the best carpet options, they also have some of the best prices. Now when it comes to working with the Prime Carpet One Team, Kelsey and everyone was professional, patient, and best of all their communication for the entire process was wonderful. We also had their team handle the furniture removal which they did perfectly without any issues. I and can't say and recommend them enough. Thank you for everything!”
“We've used Sarah and team multiple times for hardwood installation over the last few years, each time being very reasonably priced. We couldn't be happier with the service and the finished product from her team.”
“We had a small carpeting project and collected quotes from several companies, including Home Depot. DeSitter offered a comparable quote, higher-quality carpet, and—most importantly—excellent communication.
From start to finish, DeSitter exceeded our expectations. They worked within our budget, responded promptly via email, text, and phone, and their installation team arrived right on time. Kelly, Paul, and Julie were all amazing to work with! And the installers were efficient, extremely professional, and left our space spotless. The finished carpet looks fantastic!
We truly appreciate DeSitter taking on a smaller job and handling it with such care. Supporting a locally owned business with such a dedicated team is a pleasure. We highly recommend DeSitter Flooring to anyone!”

“We had a great experience purchasing and installing carpet with Ken. Everything went smoothly, the carpet looks great and the installers were enjoyable, efficient and clean.”
“I am SO happy with my experience with Thomas Tile. They recarpeted two large bedrooms, with complicated nooks and crannys and a very difficult stairway. The installer had to fit the low-pile carpet around 4 small metal balusters. This is difficult because the low-pile doesn't hide any misfits as a fluffier carpet will. There were no misfits! The salepersonpointed ponted out the difficulty from the beginning so there were no surprises. He was very helpful at every step. The installers were professional, pleasant, on time, and respectful of working the requirements of our condominium building. Excellent work at a reasonable price. All this is why I prefer to use a local provider rather than a national chain.”
“Joe at Luna Oakbrook used his expertise to help us find the perfect product, then the time we needed to find the right color and pattern. Engineered Flooring for both the laminate and the carpeting. Eleven rooms total - all expertly installed.”
