“Yesterday, I ran into your store with a printing "emergency". My printer died, and my son had to print a stats test which was timed. I ran in with my son's lap top panicked, asking anyone to help...I would gladly pay, but needed it asap.
Your manager Eddie could have cared less, but your employee Matthew was awesome! He ran to get me a flash drive, and then I realized he had a boot on his foot. He also mentioned the printers they had on sale. He helped me self print and saved the day. Thanks Matthew - great employee!”
