“Excellent computer shop with very professional service! They repair computers quickly and at reasonable prices, and they also have a great selection for buying and selling laptops, PCs, and accessories. The internet service was fast and reliable, and the staff were very respectful and knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly and fixed my problem perfectly. Highly recommended for anyone needing computer repair, electronics, or internet services *****”

“Highly recommend! Good people, just fixed the speakers on my Imac for free! I purchased numerous computers and phones from them in tue past, they are honest and give you real advice. Planing to buy more from them! Tell them what you like and they will find it at the price you can afford, new or used.”

“I had a great first experience at Microcenter. This was actually my first time visiting the store, but was extremely impressed. All the employees were very nice and I even the manager came out and thanked me for my purchase. This is my first PC that I've picked out the pieces to have built and they truly did a great job. 10/10 experience.”

“I can't say enough about Steven. I was in crisis mode, leaving the country in less than 48 hours, and I ripped out the usb-c power port on my Lenovo laptop. I called on a Sunday, yet Steven answered and told me to come the next day. He told me that he could guarantee a fix if he ordered a new usb-c part for the computer. I didn't have time for that, so he took the machine apart and resoldered the port to the motherboard. Everything worked right away and I also got some tips about generic power blocks vs proprietary blocks. I cannot say enough good things about Steven and PC Fix. In a world where everything is disconnected and farmed out, Steven's hands-on approach and customer service is the model everyone should follow. Bravo Steven and PC Fix.”

“I want to recognize Alejandro at Best Buy for outstanding service. He helped my elderly mother purchase and set up her new phone. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything, making the experience wonderful for both of us. Alejandro deserves recognition for his exceptional customer care!”

“We shopped around at a few different appliance stores like Costco and ABT, but we ultimately chose to work with Ahmed Mulla at the Best Buy in Bloomingdale, IL store and we couldn’t be happier that we did. From the start, Ahmed was incredibly attentive, respectful, and very knowledgeable. We were looking to put together a high-value appliance package for our kitchen remodel, and he took the time to help us curate the perfect setup. When our kitchen design had to change mid-project due to a major mess-up by Builders Outlet in Broadview (a company I definitely do not recommend), Ahmed didn't miss a beat. He stepped right in and made swapping out our cabinet hood completely seamless. Then, about a month after installation, when we hit a snag with our dishwasher, Ahmed was right there again—attentive, fast, and completely focused on finding a quick solution. This review is long overdue, but I wanted to make sure he got the recognition he deserves. Ahmed is now working with corporate accounts for Best Buy, but if he were still on the floor, I’d tell anyone and everyone to go straight to him!”

“Honesty and integrity. Sold this business an item online. Tracking is incorrect and showed not delivered. Owner was honest and confirmed it was infact delivered. I would happily do business here again.”

“So the employees at the Naperville Apple Store to my experience have always been kind and helpfuland I have been here many times for various products or services. Always a smile. Sometimes I have made an appt and other times I have checked in and been helped right away or need to wait a bit behind other customers. If you have a long wait, you can always shop around downtown until your name is up. I have always gotten my question or problem resolved regarding different products, laptop, phone, etc. I highly recommend this store.”
