Concentra provides occupational health services to employees which includes injury care physical therapy drug testing physical exams urgent care and preventive wellness programs. The place was clean and friendly. Front desk staff and nurses are very nice and professional. Reception and processing were amazing and consistently informed. Patients take an appointment before closing time and never in the dark every step. Staff are efficient kind and quick. Patients feel the wait a bit silly an hour and half and the receptionists rude tone that make you wait. Overall the experience was pleasant capable and very satisfied.
