“I had an issue with a grooming bundle pack I purchased for my dog so I wouldn’t keep paying for each individual one. I purchased one that had i believe 6-7 and I never knew they had an expiation date to them. I have a 4-5 lb small dog that doesn’t grow her hair as often so I don’t go cut it until it’s super long. So i go about every 3-5 months depending. Well they happens to expire while i still had 2 cuts left I was upset that it happened but I emailed the help customer service which then it got to Nick who is the manager there. Super super helpful he emailed me first and made sure he was able to help me redeem the last two services I had left because I always go there for my dogs needs. He then called me and got it fixed for me. Super grateful. And the staff at the grooming salon super as always.”
“The team here is incredibly skilled and caring. Samantha always go above and beyond to ensure Carter feels comfortable and looks fabulous after every grooming session. Not only do they provide top-notch grooming services, but they also give great tips for maintaining my dog's coat between appointments. The facility is clean, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Carter always leaves happy, and that's the most important thing for me.”
“Excellent service from start to finish. Managers are always in touch. Even after the end of the transaction, they are interested in the fate of the kitten. Our baby was handed over to us full, clean and cheerful. We are happy with the new member of our family and just in love with him. P.S. The first photo is our first meeting. “All American-made pet food and products. Super clean store. Very friendly staff and there's a new puppy ambassador! My elderly dog eats Stella and Chewy and this is a great place to buy it. It's not a cheap product, but American Tails keeps the prices as reasonable as possible.
After all of the Chinese and foreign-manufactured pet food melamine and ingredient scares, I was happy to find a store that is conscientious about the ingredients in its food and what they stock. I appreciate products made in America, particularly when that means they're safer for my pet.
There's a big selection of different brands of food and lines within those brands. There are also natural treats, like bully sticks and duck heads (duck heads!!!). I worry about the grocery store treats that look like extruded plastic and must have a million additives and unnatural flavors.
Highly recommended.”
“I go here for nail trims for my dog, and I want to bring my other dog too. They don't use the clippers, the guy (Sean I think? I have a bad memory) who does the nails uses the Dremmel grinder. I think it's easier on the dogs than the clippers. He's strong and can handle the dogs easily. My dog is kind of squirmy and not happy about being there. But I am happy with the nail services here. I don't take them for grooming since they're short fur... I would but I just wash them at home.”

“First time in and I was greeted kindly by a woman behind the register. She gave me some advice on puppy treats and mentioned/ signed me up for their rewards program. Not only is the store nice and clean, but they’re also cheaper than the big box pet store across the street. They also tend to have harder to find brands, which is a plus! Will definitely be back.”

“I’ve been going to Pet Supplies Plus for years. All my pets have switched to their Redford products and they are doing great. I have senior pets and I appreciate the quality. The Arlington Heights location is my absolute favorite. I order for curb side pick up at least 3 times a month. They are quick to fill my orders and always so friendly when I pick up. Highly recommend this location especially. Now there is an ap for ordering which makes it even better.”

I tried the delivery service for the first time and I was more than satisfied with the ease of the online order with their own staff delivery. “I just came home from shopping at Petco in Bloomingdale! I was in the store trying to figure out the coupon and a nice store associate named Mark stopped to see if I needed any help! The coupon/system was having problems today so he told me to order online (it was a better deal) and it would be ready soon! I ended up saving more money and by the time I moved my car up it was ready! I buy an expensive dog food so I really appreciate the help Mark gave me to save more money for my Precious Pet!! (He was so friendly too) I will definitely go back to Petco in Bloomingdale!! ???”
