My personal experience was very good, and I am happy with the service I received. except there was one upset customer and I didn’t like the way the associate handled the situation. She should have given compensation to the customer as there was some human error from vision works side.

I honestly don’t understand why they have such bad reviews ! The facility was clean , everyone was so helpful and kind . Definitely had a great experience! Highly recommend!
