I’m rating it 1star just because the pharmacy tech named Laura was very rude. I came in for covid shot and this person told me I’m due for shingles vaccine. I told her I’m not getting that shot, she then asked me for my age and I said why, it doesn’t matter because I’m not getting that shingle shot. She rolled her eyes and told me to sit.
Dan (the other pharmacy tech) on the other hand was polite and 5star in costumer service.

This isn’t so much about the pharmacist/tech in general, but the first one I spoke with had really poor customer service. I appreciate the second person trying to help me look, though she still didn’t seem to understand what I was asking for. I know exactly who the first person was, because every time I’ve come in, she’s rude to everyone.
I realize my request might’ve been a bit niche, but the lack of awareness was disappointing; especially in the pharmacy industry. Besides the customer service issue, I hope management considers adding fentanyl testing strips to store shelves. It could truly save lives. Our community seems to lack resources, even though the fentanyl crisis is at an all-time high. Please consider raising awareness with your team.

It was a good experience, not great. I think the reason being you never see anyone around the store that asks if you need help with anything. Other than its a clean store

My wife is a regular customer here and is pleased with the service. My experience was not good. I understand that this is not my regular pharmacy but I did get a prescription last year. However it took quite of bit of time to fill the prescription. Partly because I am not a regular customer and partly because a supervisor and a pharmacist were having an argument that was easy to hear and see, and no one was filling prescriptions as it lasted for at least 10 minutes. Very unprofessional and visibly uncomfortable for the other employees and customers.
This is probably not the regular experience but left with a bad feeling about my trip there.

I don’t leave bad reviews but after numerous times of dealing with the inconvenience of this pharmacy i have to. This location is awful, some of them have bad attitudes & bad communication. They will constantly tell you different things & won’t have your prescription ready on time. Pharmacist is rude. Do not go here ever

wish i could rate lower, needed a refill that was APPROVED BY DOCTOR and they were rude, went to pick up second refill they told me it was ready and went there and said it wasn’t ready, another girl went and gave it to me even though it “wasn’t ready” every prescription has an issue apparently..

She’s a racist Indian worker and she made us payed for somthing that we didn’t break and kicked us out for nothing and said we were stupid go to the other Walgreens

I had a very positive experience with an associate named John (whose name tag says that he's been with the company since 2002). I came to return an online order and exchange a couple of items that had been damaged in the mail (definitely do not recommend ordering from the website), and everything was taken care of quickly/without any issues.

This place is just awful. Unfortunately it's the closest pharmacy so I have stuck with it but today was it for me. The pharmacist they have is consistently rude, dismissive and uninterested in helping a customer/person under the medical care of a physician. My medical needs warrant having a good relationship with my pharmacist. She lacks all compassion, and makes people feel uncomfortable and unwelcome to ask questions. This isn't what a person should experience when confronting medical situations.
