“After a bad experience with another appliance store I tried DVD. I purchased a dryer and upon delivery I was informed it would not fit in the small laundry area. Cache took pictures and measurements, sent them to Shawn and Ryan at the Bloomington store. When I arrived they had several models selected for me to choose from. I only paid the difference in cost. It was still a very tight fit but the delivery team of Trey and Trae went over and above to make the installation go smoothly. I can't say enough about the service I received. Will be purchasing all my appliances at DVD. Thank you so much!”

“This was a decent HfH location compared to most. The book selection was very large! Only 25 cents per book. They had a clothing section (very small), so that was a pleasant surprise. Lots to look at, but couldn't find anything today. Prices are extremely cheap, and some items are worth much more than what they are asking. Cool place to explore.”

“Had issues with my dishwasher and Benson’s was recommended! Called this morning at 8:00 to get an appointment and they were very friendly! They were here at 12:00 to look and repair the dishwasher and charged a $75 service call! The guy spent time and showed me what had happened and how to fix it if it ever happens again! Didn’t sell me any unneeded parts or suggest it needed replaced! Which I had been preparing for all morning! Nice to find a business who is knowledgable, trustworthy and affordable! Highly recommend”

“Lost a great customer. Didn't follow up when said they would and even though the new stuff was in store they couldn't take 30 mins to deliver it for company coming due to my having surgery so they lost our business and having the Love seat recliner picked up. I'm sure they could have worked something out had they wanted to keep a good customer. UPDATE: thank you to the manager Emma Bowles!! She contacted me and got everything arranged and already delivered, she's a wonderful manager and I really appreciate everything she did for us!!”
