He helped me set up an upgraded service for my uncle who is on disability and reliant on his phone to connect him to the outside world. I haven’t received this good of service in a long time. “We have come into the store on two separate occasions, and have spent a good amount of money, and we were very happy and pleased with our purchases as well as the staff that we both got you interact with, and got to know him on the face to face and name with a face just a good place to go to when you’re looking for games movies and the staff is just excellent. They’re totally there for you and very informative. Very knowledgeable. Definitely we go back probably once a week right now.”

“Lost a great customer. Didn't follow up when said they would and even though the new stuff was in store they couldn't take 30 mins to deliver it for company coming due to my having surgery so they lost our business and having the Love seat recliner picked up. I'm sure they could have worked something out had they wanted to keep a good customer. UPDATE: thank you to the manager Emma Bowles!! She contacted me and got everything arranged and already delivered, she's a wonderful manager and I really appreciate everything she did for us!!”

“I realize that this is a national chain, but the store in Bloomington IL is just outstanding among Best Buy stores. The times I have shopped at this Best Buy, I have always been greeted and intensively helped by the staff. That goes from 1997-2023.I could have and should have stopped to praise the teams and management at this store through a very large span of years, but I guess this is better late than never.My most recent purchase and exchange went incredibly smoothly. The staffer even told me that if things didn't work out, to come back for a refund or exchange and spent a lot of time helping me figure out what I needed in order to have the ideal mesh routers in my home.”

He asked me about the music I listened to, answered every question I had about the upgrade path, and then scheduled me and gave me price range of a few bucks. I dropped my 10 year old car off the night before and then picked it up the next day at closing time. The speakers are awesome and everything I'd hoped they were, and the cost was on the low side of the range. Mobile Audio is great from beginning to end. Verified purchase?”
