Every single person there is PHENOMENAL!!! The staff is so warm, kind, genuine and patient, and it was an absolute pleasure being a member at their bank!!! The only reason why I closed my account was because of relocating out of state, but, if I ever decide to reside back in the state of Illinois, this bank will definitely be my first choice...hands down!!!

“Overall we've had mixed feelings with the credit union. Some of their technology really needs to be updated and some things could be streamlined but we've never had a big issue with them. Would like to see updates with mobile banking it seems to glitch a lot. I went in today and Jane helped me with some information I needed printed out that other employees of this branch and another branch I've asked at said was not possible to get. I came into the veterans pkwy branch today and she spent a good amount of her valuable time going above and beyond. She actually took the time to ask questions and understand exactly what information I needed. Once she understood she had to call/message different branches that I had used and she compiled these reports for me and it was exactly the information that I was asking for that every other employees I asked said there is no way to get. She's helped us with several vehicle loans, savings accounts/checking for me, my fiance, our daughter, and we will bring our son to her when he's old enough to open his own account. She's so welcoming, friendly, completely honest, upfront, and before she does something she makes sure you completely understand what she's doing and that it is what your asking for. She's an incredible asset to your company and we are grateful that she's been there to help us. Thank you Jane. Cefcu in general is a good credit union definite room for improvement but I believe it's better than a lot of their competitors in the area.”
