“The staff and service goes above and beyond the care of their clients who bank with them. In just the short time I have been banking with them I have had them reach out to me in potential fraud situations. Of course upon hearing that my account might or might not have been compromised I was not the easiest individual to work with to prevent further chaos. The staff was patient, understanding, and forgiving of my anger over the issue. They explained what needed to be done and did it in a timely manner which prevented further problems. Thank you to the staff of my Hometown Bank for always looking out for bankers and most of all to God for going through them and using the knowledge/skills they are blessed with to prevent evil. “Overall we've had mixed feelings with the credit union. Some of their technology really needs to be updated and some things could be streamlined but we've never had a big issue with them. Would like to see updates with mobile banking it seems to glitch a lot. I went in today and Jane helped me with some information I needed printed out that other employees of this branch and another branch I've asked at said was not possible to get. I came into the veterans pkwy branch today and she spent a good amount of her valuable time going above and beyond. She actually took the time to ask questions and understand exactly what information I needed. Once she understood she had to call/message different branches that I had used and she compiled these reports for me and it was exactly the information that I was asking for that every other employees I asked said there is no way to get. She's helped us with several vehicle loans, savings accounts/checking for me, my fiance, our daughter, and we will bring our son to her when he's old enough to open his own account. She's so welcoming, friendly, completely honest, upfront, and before she does something she makes sure you completely understand what she's doing and that it is what your asking for. She's an incredible asset to your company and we are grateful that she's been there to help us. Thank you Jane. Cefcu in general is a good credit union definite room for improvement but I believe it's better than a lot of their competitors in the area.”
