The people at the place are friendly and welcoming. They are always helpful, patient and respectful, even when the place is busy or severely understaffed. The people will pull your med, start working on it and communicate everything prescriptions coupons and insurance. Everyone takes time to communicate when meds will be filled, and they goes above and beyond for patients.

    The people are nice and respectful but this place is so severely understaffed that it takes over a week to get meds, if they refill them at all. Hire some more people, ffs.

    Some of the most patient and helpful people. As a medicaid patient I'm used to being treated like a waste of space, but everyone here took time to communicate everything I needed to know and how or when prescriptions would be filled.
