I never have any problems with this pharmacy.the staff are all polite and respectful.they are always busy yet fill my medication quick, and its nice to be treated like a human being when picking up your meds.yes they close for lunch but everyone knows that plus people gotta eat and take a break.i recommend this pharmacy to anyone that wants great service and no long line or waiting time.thank you Bloomington Illinois Genoa!

My boyfriend got a call that his meds were ready from the psych nurse because there was a glitch in the system so we drive across town after he asked you're sure they are ready, my ride is sick and doesn't have much gas and she said yes. We got here to find out the pharmacy is closed for lunch which doesn't say on the website that they close for lunch, absolutely ridiculous, next month he will be changing pharmacies, every single month there's an issue, they are either out of his meds and have to order them or some other issue. I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

Every possible chance to complicate something with my medicine, they take!I have been waiting in the parking lot for over an hour for them to finish their lunch break before I can pick up my medicine.Earlier in the day at 11:18 I received a phone call from one of the nurses telling me my medicine was ready to be picked up it is now 1:09 I'm sitting in the parking lot waiting for my medicine. My driver is sick, we don't have very much gas.This healthcare at Genoa is very inconsistent and very unreliable.
