Hertz at stl airport has easy to find shuttle to its car rental which is 5 minutes away. The shuttle was there once I got out there in the 2nd floor. The shuttle driver was very friendly and helpful. I had to return back after getting the car to terminal 1 to pick up my wife and the 2 luggages. He gave me directions.

The lady at BMI counter was so friendly and helpful. She answered all my questions and was great!
