“The staff is always so pleasant and nice, though this location is always busy. I feel like the smiles I see on everyone's faces is amazing. I love coming in here when I have insurance claims... You might be frustrated but you won't be feel frustrated at the staff they will smile through your issues and give you keys to your rental”

“Extremely convenient—no hassle dealing with the big TSA lines in the big cities!! multiple airlines and connecting flights. We really enjoy the smaller regional airports; the people are very friendly as well! I highly recommend using this Airport!!”

“Online reservation was quick and pretty easy, then the pickup process was outstanding! Personnel at the desk were friendly and efficient, got me into a car within 10 minutes. And the car was exactly where they said it would be - unlike my experience with Avis at Houston last year....took 4 trips back to the desk to find a car...what a mess! Then the drop-off was simple and quick also. The National crew even helped us with a lost cellphone - we called to see if anyone had found it and turned it in and they (hate that I didn't get a name) went out and looked for the phone in the parking lot - way above and beyond! Hope to rent from National next trip!”

“My flight was to land late at night when all the rental car places would already be closed. This was after a snowstorm, and most flights were cancelled or delayed. The staff on the phone were so helpful. They offered info on other transportation and vouched for local driver options when Uber would not go the long distance. This was not at all something I expected when they were not going to get a rental out of it. Thank you!”

“After a pretty traumatic storm and crazy weather within the last 24 hours, you would think people would be more kind. However, an extremely rude customer who wanted to cut the line (there were 3 of us waiting) before opening time made a negative comment about the service, and I couldn’t believe it. Not only was Mandy patient, she also helped him understand the process. I deal with this team at least once a month and all of the Herrz reps at BMI are super professional, quick and really try and be as pleasing as possible. I guess you can’t please everyone. Thank you Mandy for displaying great service among a not so nice man (I wanted to use another word for him, but I’ll show the manners I was raised with). My car was perfect as it always is and got me to my few hour destination safely. People like Mandy is why I return to Hertz.”

“While Budget always has great prices, it is the customer service at this location that really sets them apart. The rental desk agent was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. They explained the rental policies clearly, didn't pressure me into unnecessary insurance add-ons, and quickly got me into my upgraded vehicle. The car itself was immaculate and performed wonderfully. Exceptional service from start to finish!”
