It’s disappointing that the counter closes at 5pm. So if you take an evening flight you can’t get a Hertz. But I would say Enterprise is open in the evening and I’ve had a pleasant experience renting from them.

Hertz has struggled with having available cars in this location for the last couple of years following the Covid over reactions, but as of late they have been coming through for my team and I with good cars and always excellent customer service. My last rental was a great experience.

Recently I have Booked a car for 3 days. While Booking I didn't book for insurance as I am having State farm Insurance but these people added insurance and charged me almost the rental charge. I requested for the refund but they said it takes 45 days. This is the experience I have with them.

Rented several times in the last month. No issues whatsoever...Kendra and the other guys at the counter have always been very nice and helpful. They've won me over and I'll keep using them!

Had a car rental I had received from the other Hertz location in town. Came out to a flat on a Saturday after a basketball game. Mike from this location helped my exchange for another similar car. Great customer service and got me in and out

Do not rent from this location. Do your self a favor and rent from enterprise the next counter over, The staff over here is very rude and racist. They don't have no customer service. If you're black, they look at you like you don't even exist, what are you doing here. They don't even try to help. Do not rent to this location. They are very rude and should not be working in customer service, hertz needs to look into this

Beware! This counter closes at 5pm and Uber/lyft are not options. I arrived on an evening flight to find myself stranded until a taxi service arrived because they know this is a coming occurrence. Do not rent from this airport unless you are arriving during the day.

I paid around $170 for a one way rental. I hot there to pick it up after paying an uber driver around $70, only to be told they had none available. It was raining and I had to get a hotel, 3 more uber rides altogether and a bus ticked that I was on for around 16 hours, all because I was told my vehicle was reserved and then lied to once I got there to pick it up. It cost me around $400 and two days with my family. Ridiculous

If I could give this location zero stars I would. Absolutely terrible experience. Why would ANYONE rent here when there is a wonderful Enterprise right beside it? I was asked by the manager here for a $500 deposit along with a credit check in order to rent a car. I opted to go to use enterprise instead. Enterprise required a $0 deposit. No credit check. Thank you enterpise!
