“Garrison and Austin were absolutely amazing! I was transferring three lines from Verizon to T-Mobile and it took a really long time because of complications we ran into. They were so patient and knowledgeable. Garrison was the main one that helped us and he knew all sorts of troubleshooting and fixes for the issues we ran into. It took about four hours to complete it (some was due to me not knowing a random Verizon pin) and almost 3 hours after the store closed to complete the process excellent excellent employees. Customer service was off the charts!!!”
