Waited 45 minutes on hold only to have the phone start ringing again and no one ever pick up. Very very frustrated

Always get assistance quickly and promptly. Pretty reliable if you need assistance over the phone as well. My only issue over the last few years was when I opened the account I never received the bonus they offered.
