“The women and men at Bloomington CarMax are great they treated me like a person not a check on a list of sold cars. Everyone that I was in contact with was courteous and seemed genuinely interested in me getting what I wanted, which was a great used car at a fair price. Even when dealing with the crazy amount of paperwork and procedure of my finance company, they kept their cool and worked right through it to the end and I came home with my new (old) car.

“Bought a 2012 Traverse about 4 weeks ago. Very nice vehicle, but a service light came on(traction controll) called them and they were very quivk and nice to tell me where to get it fixed, took it to garage, they thought it was a computer glich, 2 days later same thing, called them again, and again very nice, and even suggested maybe taking it to different garage, took it to same garage( it wasnt there fault) and this time they found the problem, covered under warranty no questions, no hassle! Ive had 3 vehichles from them not vounting this one and all have been reliable great vehicles. Very nice people to deal with”
