“Such a great place! I recently found out I was lactose intolerant and it's hard to find many places in central Illinois where I can find a variety of dairy-free options. Everyone– both the staff and the patrons– are so kind. Three different people overheard me talking with my mother about not knowing what to try and offered their own recommendations and pointed us in the right direction. I live in Peoria, but the drive is definitely worth it.”

“My issue isn't with the specific store. The store is great. My issue is with a company policy. I had vitamins that were on auto ship. I usually get an email letting me know my auto ship was going to be sent but I never got one (may have gone to junk). I got the shipment in the mail. Took the unopened bottle to the store to return but was told I'd have to get store credit because it was mail order. Other than these vitamins, I never shop in the store. But now I have to. I don't know why it couldn't be refunded to the card I used to purchase. I won't ever do auto ship again thru Vitamin Shoppe.”
