“We built an addition on the rear of our house in Naperville to make an old-time 1950-60’s diner. Zepole’s owner Gary came to our home to measure and help select appropriate coverings and trim to accomplish our goal. The project turned out wonderful and brings realism to our vision. Everyone that visits just loves the atmosphere of the past and the realism. There’s nothing cooler than having ice cream or a burger & fries in our diner! “Since this store first opened they have come around full circle. Every project we have hired them to do for us has been spotless. There was a little miscommunication with the luxury flooring as far as them having it sitting when it was suppose to be delivered but that was all worked out and they got us moved up with their installers. We had GS Flooring which is their sub contractor for flooring they use. We had our bathrooms done years ago and now finally got the rest of our first floor completed and it absolutely looks fabulous!! The crew with GS Flooring was so fantastic!! Cannot honestly say enough about them! The guys worked hard and were completely done in 2 days with no messing around. We got the Lifesource Flooring which is Home Depot's exclusive brand. Looks fabulous! I'll post some after pics after everything is all cleaned up and back in place.”

“If you have a plumbing problem ask for Jeff. Had a simple problem (loose shower handle) but had trouble replacing it because it was off-brand and I am new to the house. Jeff guessed a replacement handle that would work, and if it didn't work, explained the bigger project of replacing the whole shower assembly. If I needed to go back I would definitely ask for him again.”

“Went today, and it was fantastic. The woman who helped us was friendly and very knowledgeable. She fixed our vacuum in less than 15 minutes and we were out the door. One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I highly recommend this place!”
