CDE Collision Centers-Bolingbrook

Auto Repair , Auto Parts , Body Shops , Towing
Hours: C.D.E. Collision Centers is a family-owned and operated auto body repair shop that has been providing exceptional service since 1982. Their focus is on delivering the highest quality repairs and utilizing the latest technology to ensure customer satisfaction and safety. The business has been praised for its excellent workmanship, prompt communication, and helpful staff who assist with insurance claims and rental car arrangements. Customers have expressed their satisfaction with the results, stating that their vehicles were repaired to like-new condition and thoroughly cleaned before being returned. The staff is extremely polite and keeps customers updated through a texting service. Customer service is top tier, and the staff is kind and genuine. The business came highly recommended, and they helped with a stubborn rusty screw and putting on new plates in 15 minutes. The service is good, but the initial process of using a link to describe problems with the car is not very user-friendly and asks too many unrelated questions; it should be simple and easy to use.
