“I got stuck in a busy turning lane off Boughton Road and 355. The police came(they were nice) and the police called the tow truck and KEN showed up. I have a New KIA truck and it died. Luckily he hooked me up and towed me straight to the dealer. Turns out I needed a STARTER and Ken even said it was the starter before he towed my car. Great service and help!. Thank you”

“I almost never write reviews but I really want to show my thanks to the staff here who basically saved my life today. My boyfriend and I were driving to the promenade when suddenly my tire blew out on the onramp to I-355. I've never had that happen before and we had to pull over in a very dangerous spot, and it turned out that the old tire was rusted and stuck on. My insurance wanted a crazy fee to send someone out "just to look at it" so I took the risk of driving the 2 miles from there to Costco. They were closing at 6 and it was about 5:50, and I didn't even have a membership card on me. I explained what had happened to the staff at the car center and they had me pull my car into the garage, were able to pop the old tire off and install my spare for me free of charge. I truly cannot thank them enough, they solved what could have been a very stressful and expensive problem like it was nothing at all. Thank you so much! I hope whoever is in charge at this Costco sees this and rewards the staff who were working because they seriously saved the day for me and, and you have some awesome people working here.”
