Though my situation was not normal business the staff was still kind to me and helped me get that old stubborn screw off my plates and put my new ones on for me in 15 mins! I couldn’t be more grateful for such kind and genuine customer service ! 10/10 recommend !

I like the service but I don’t like your initial process of using link to describe problems with my car. The link is not very user friendly and asks too many unrelated questions for customers to describe. It should be simple and easy to use.

One of the most professional and quality Body Shops I've been to and would highly recommend. The receptionist Ms. Kim is a wonderful person and makes you feel relaxed and at ease. Jim is very professional and goes above and beyond to accommodate you, he also explains everything in a very understanding way. Have to also give a shout out to Jimmy, one of the employees, who is an amazing person and always greeted me with a hello and a smile. I would also say they have the best paint shop in the area, from my experiences. My wife's SUV looks almost brand new, SUV is eight years old so was not expecting Rolls-Royce quality, but they came really close. Everything from the paint to the moldings are blended beautifully, finished smoothly and lined up like it was repaired by the OEM factory. Again I highly recommend CDE Bolingbrook for your body shop needs.

Amazing work! Raymond did an outstanding job repaiting my Model 3 Bumper and also took care of a couple of major dings of which wasn't even part of the warranty! that right there is customer service! and they detailed my car before I picked it up! worth the 1.5 hour drive from Rockford for sure!
