Why is it so hard to open a new account now days? We visited two Chase branches to open new accounts for our kids and got zero help. You would think this should be the easiest thing in the world for them. I guess they don’t want new business.

I had the best experience in opening a new account with Chase today. Kyle Ciaramita helped me with doing so, he explains everything clearly and throughly and he's so patient with the process and he make sure you understand everything. He is so professional.. Customer service had gone in the negative at this branch. I was told I could use a super ATM, but we do not have any tellers, until a future date. Why do I have any money in this bank, think about this.

I really don't understand why people are always unhappy. I live a few blocks from our branch and I come quite often with different questions and every time the workers are very polite, they immediately want to help you and help you with any question. Where do you get all these complaints from? Seriously, you are asking people to be robots, not people. But if there are some rules, which are not actually created by the workers there, why are you upset with them. Is it really not possible to accept the situation as it is, especially since it is not the fault of the workers? They do their best. Maybe it would be much better if we were more lenient with each other and left our grievances and offenses at home when we set off somewhere. Thus we would make life more beautiful, first of all for ourselves, but also for those around us.

I’ve been trying to contact someone there for weeks for help with an account. The phone # they have goes to a recording and you can’t leave a message. I’ve had to go in a couple of times to ask for help it’s like pulling teeth. I finally got some help today. The girl who greeted me was nice. I think Francine. But the account specialist who helped me Danielle couldn’t have been more rude and unhelpful She told me the bank couldn’t help me with the account but not before questioning me and acting like I was a criminal. If she knew this was the case why not call me and tell me. Save me the trip there, and having to deal with her rotten attitude. I will look forward to moving my money to a bank that appreciates customers

This location don’t have a bank teller so if you want to get change or deposit money you can not .. ask you to go to another location for in person bank teller . Close the location not worth it.

The wort branch ever. People are lazy and slow. They dont care about anything, just how to sit still, look at the wall, and pretend they are not on the planet Earth anymore. Jesus, please help this place and hide all donuts and cookies that employees could not find them anymore.

I came in to ask for 3 things , help with my acct, notarized and something else . The person told us we can have notarization in UPS , and village and somewhere . With the acct need - she told me that theres only one banker , with my other need - nonperson is available to help as theres only one . Isnt it that these are things you got previledge as a depositor??? Why dont they close if they are not able to provide the services??! Seem like she / they are unable to provide those to their clients . Management need to address this

It's kind of weird to have a bank without any tellers. We do everything online now, so it's not a big deal for us. We signed up for a joint credit card and bank account. The person signing us up was super nice and helpful in the process. We did have to make an appointment to do it in person.I had to get an insurance check signed by me, my wife, and my mortgage company to cash it, and they brought it to the back for a while and had no problems cashing it when I asked, which was a pretty weird request.
