One young man understood the assignment and got a customer in and out in no time. While some note it is kind of weird to have a bank without any tellers, many transactions are handled online or in person by appointment. The branch can handle specific requests, like cashing an insurance check with multiple signatures, by bringing it to the back for a while with no problems. Will not answer their phone. I have been calling and leaving messages for an hour. I’m trying to open an account and give you business. How unprofessional. I have a business to run so I guess I have to use US Bank for my needs and mortgages.
