“It's Old Navy. The shelves are stocked with clothing stacked neatly. Associates are not pushy and forever helpful. Fitting rooms are are managed well. They keep up with keeping it clear and managing the return to floor items is efficiently processed. The cashwrap is manned well so the line I was on moved along to my satisfaction. They did ask to open a branded CC account so you decline, as most do, and move it along. Got my return to shop incentive coupon for the following week and left with a full bag and smile. Good experience. This store is a 5!”

Many customers can't walk more than 80,000 square feet of retail space. 2) customers don't realize that JCPENNEY has millions of products on the shelf to price which is far far more than a discount store where one size fits all. Competing retailers are finding that the packaging has obsolete pricing when it arrives to the store. i always just use my phone to get the current price at the store but not everyone likes to do that.”

The second and most recent - friendly younger staff with good vibes. It was busy but they seemed to work well and stay in a good mood. It was my first time selling, my quote was ready in an hr. Store is not crowded but the items are in good condition, great sales and discounts. Love the 10 for $10 deal. Better than the crest hill location. Highly recommend.”
