“I had to bring in my phone because of some water damage. I had a ton of stuff on it and all my accounts. Bart went above and beyond to not just get my data, but make the transition to my new phone as easy as possible. He even managed to save the old one! He charged me a reasonable rate. I hope I don't need to get my phone fixed in the future tbh, but if I do, I'll be coming back here.”

“On 6/25/26, I stopped into uBreakiFix in Naperville because my Samsung S26 Ultra wasn’t displaying colors correctly. Casey quickly diagnosed the issue and discovered it wasn’t a hardware problem at all, but a misconfigured setting in the Vision Enhancement menu. He corrected it on the spot.Casey was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The team was reliable and efficient, and I appreciated how clearly everything was explained. I wouldn’t hesitate to return for future repairs. Highly recommended.”
