It is a perfect place for folks who are creative and like to craft, with more than 70,000 arts, crafts, custom framing, floral, home décor, jewelry making, scrapbooking, fabrics, party supplies and seasonal products. The store is really big and clean with a clean atmosphere and more than enough parking. Customers can find everything they are looking for, with so many things for a crafty mind and all the different colors to coordinate decorations. It is easy to spend hours in the store. The custom framing department provides great care, with a team of true professionals demonstrating obvious care and dedication. The store offers a high level of customer service, with helpful and friendly service, though some feel employees should be more helpful and pleasant. It has great sales when they happen, though some note not as many home accessories as it used to have. It remains a favorite place to shop, inspiring customers to live a creative life.
This location was clean and nicely organized. Bolingbrook's store was larger than the other location I usually go to. Great sales and even better clearance.
