We have had two sessions so far and are so pleased in every way. I am not sure that I can name the Physical therapist here, but I will say that -she is amazing. So friendly, caring and competent. “Never had an unpleasant or unfavorable experience. I see other patients roll up in there like they just rolled out of bed wearing their pajamas. Didnt bring any ID, nor lab requisitions or blood work orders. Do yourself a favor and - look in the mirror and brush your teeth before you leave the house, go down to the store and buy yourself a clue before ya head to a medical facility. ¿Like ya have to be told?”
“The professional phlebotomist lady was truly top-notch, cheerful, and reached out to my physician to get the order which I had unfortunately lost. She was super efficient and a delight to talk to briefly. She told me I should inquire after four days given the nature of my blood tests. I’m absolutely going to come to Woodridge in the past. I’ve gone to Westmont and have to sit shoulder to shoulder with at least a dozen people. The Woodridge location is super tidy and has far fewer customers waiting.”
“Both employees who work here are stellar at finding small veins. In other places, folks have trouble finding my veins, but they are great at what they do. Sometimes the wait is long, sometimes you’re seen right away. I find going on weekends have long waits, but when I go at 745 am on weekdays, there is a short wait.”
“I’m very grateful for FC lab. If it wasn’t for this lab, I would not be pregnant today. Their work helped diagnosed why I was infertile, and I’ll forever be grateful for them. I also had an incident that received a bill that after being told my insurance was going to cover the lab work and it did not. FC lab notified me my insurance was not going to cover the bill, and discounted almost half the bill, which was thousands, making me even more grateful for this lab! They make life easier.
