    Easy to schedule as long as you have a few days to spare - early appointments book up fast. Once I got an appointment, I was in and out in less that 15 minutes. My phlebotomist was also very nice!

    I wish there was shorter wait time and a location convenient in Oak brook, Illinois closer to major residential subdivisions. otherwise excellent staff and service.

    The check in experience and waiting room is not great, but Cynthia was fantastic and helped my child with his blood draw- first try so that outweighs the negatives for me.
