Menards is a large home improvement store where customers can find materials for projects like decks and cabinets. The store is very big, and using the mobile app is recommended to help locate specific products easily. Many customers report receiving excellent and patient service from helpful employees at the order and pickup desk and in departments like building. Several staff members are noted for going above and beyond, paying close attention to detail, walking customers to items, and providing some of the best customer service. However, other experiences vary. Some customers find the return process easy and smooth, while others have encountered difficulties with basic requests, requiring manager intervention for a resolution. A common complaint is that staff can often be hard to find when help is needed, leaving customers to search and wait for assistance.
I came to the store to return an online order yesterday and the process was easy, smooth and quick. Kaitlyn and Hayley at the order and pickup desk were amazing, patient and super helpful. Give them a raise, they’re great employees!
